Instructions for presenters

If you are giving an oral presentation, please note that oral presentations should be no longer than 12 minutes and will be followed by a 3 minutes of questions from the audience. There will be five presentations per 90 minutes session.

If you are presenting a poster, please note that poster boards are 1.17 meters (~46 inches) vertical by 1 meter (~39 inches) horizontal. We ask that poster authors attend their posters between 2:00-2:30 pm on the day the poster is displayed. However, please try to attend your poster as much as possible on day it is displayed in order to give colleagues additional opportunity to discuss your work.
